Huski Apartments is the home of The Gully Bar & Restaurant by Three Blue Ducks. The Ducks consists of 5 good mates; Mark, Darren, Chris, Jeff and Sam; with a passion for surfing and snowboarding, and they also know how to cook!
Mark LaBrooy and Darren Robertson, two of Sydney’s most exciting chefs, are returning to Falls Creek this winter to take turns feeding the good folk of Falls Creek.
Mark & Darren’s fine dining background at places such as Tetsuya’s, paired with some of the regions best local produce will make for an exciting menu, full of hearty meals.
Jeff has prepared a short wine list that includes some of Victoria’s best wines and Craft beers. We make all our own bread, pastries & baked goods. Our tea and coffee, prepared by our experienced baristas, is organic, fair trade and forest friendly from Single Origin Roasters and we use Kiewa Valley milk. We use organic eggs and flour. Our butcher is Gav, veges are from Frank & Joe and our dairy and dry goods are from Darren & Heather, all from Mount Beauty.
